Brief: Create as exact a replica as possible of the only factory produced 860cc 1974 Super Sport which was raced to victory in the 1975 Bathurst Production Race by the late Ken Blake. Actual bike pictured below.

Heads - 60 degree included valve angle makes for a much more efficient combustion chamber shape. Rockers from a modern belt engine allow for ease of adjustment.

A view down the sculptured inlet port to where a 45mm valve resides. Note the finish on the port walls.

A mirror finish is a harmless past-time but would offer no improvement.

The endcaps are NNS.  New New Stock - made in house.

Swingarm pin end plugs - made locally by Bevel Rubber

This model was the first to use these cam bearing supports - and the only roundcase.

Sport swingarm about to be modified with rear disc brake mounting plate positioning pin. Not a lot of GF swingarms around, oddly.

New rear guard. Thicker than standard and a lot stronger.

Sprocket carrier. New, re-manufactured.

Part of headlight/fairing support bracket. Being newly manufactured.

Correct high valve covers

Correct fuel cap - rechromed

Voxbell Horn - new.

Correct new clipons - but rechromed.

Front disc carriers. Original but rejuvenated.

New fairing bubble - made locally
